Shipping policy

Packages are generally shipped within 5 to 7 working days after receipt of payment (except during pre-order periods, the delivery time is approximately 10 to 15 working days or during promotion periods the delivery time is 7 days worked). They are shipped via So Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered against signature. Parcels can also be sent via So Colissimo and delivered against signature at a Pickup relay point partner in the La Poste network or at a post office to be chosen when validating your order. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend consolidating all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
